Order Processing

  • Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • Pre-Orders: Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page. These dates are projections and may shift slightly. We’ll keep you notified of any significant delays.

  • Changes or Cancellations: Once your order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please double-check your details before completing checkout.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, or weather events.

Domestic U.S. Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–17 business days
    Timing varies depending on your country’s customs process.

Shipping Rates

International Orders: Customs, Duties & Import Fees

When ordering from Diva Thea outside the U.S., your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees. Here is how they work:

Customs Duties (Tariffs): These are charges set and collected by your country’s customs office. They are calculated based on:

  • The country of origin (manufacture) of the goods

  • The type of product (its classification in the international Harmonized System/HS code used by customs authorities)

  • The declared value of the merchandise

Taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, Sales Tax): Many countries charge an additional tax on imports. Examples include Value Added Tax (VAT) in the European Union or Goods & Services Tax (GST) in other regions. The rate depends on your destination country’s tax laws.

Prepaid & Transparent at Checkout: To give you peace of mind, Diva Thea calculates all applicable duties and taxes at checkout.

Customs Clearance: Customers are responsible for ensuring their order can be legally imported. Diva Thea is not liable for packages delayed, held, or destroyed by customs. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

Refused Deliveries: If a shipment is refused for any reason (including customs fees), the package may be returned to us. Any outbound shipping, return shipping, and customs charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that while product refunds are processed directly by Diva Thea, duties, import taxes, and fees are non-refundable through us since they are paid to your government. If eligible, you may apply directly to your local customs office for reimbursement.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update tracking.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Delivery Responsibility: Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Diva Thea is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. Please be sure your delivery location is safe and secure.

  • Delays: Diva Thea is not liable for carrier delays, customs clearance times, or events outside of our control.

  • Filing a Claim: If your order is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier directly. Our customer care team is happy to provide documentation to support your claim.
