At Diva Thea, each order is prepared with care and intention, whether it’s traveling across town or across the world to reach you. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Please review the details below before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Order Processing

Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Pre-Orders: Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page. These dates are projections and may shift slightly. We’ll keep you notified of any significant delays.
Changes or Cancellations: Once your order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please double-check your details before completing checkout.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, or weather events.

Domestic U.S. Shipping

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

International Shipping

Standard International Shipping: 7–17 business days
Timing varies depending on your country’s customs process.

U.K. & E.U. Customers

  • Free standard shipping is included.

  • Price includes all taxes and duties. No extra charges at delivery.

  • Your checkout total is the final price, duties and VAT are prepaid by Diva Thea on your behalf.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order. For international customers outside the U.K. & E.U., duties and taxes may also apply (see below).

International Orders: Customs, Duties & Import Fees

When ordering from Diva Thea outside the U.S., your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees. Here is how they work:

Customs Duties (Tariffs): Charges set and collected by your country’s customs office. Calculated based on:

  • The country of origin (manufacture) of the goods

  • The type of product (its HS code classification)

  • The declared value of the merchandise

Taxes (VAT, GST, Sales Tax): Many countries charge additional taxes on imports. Examples: VAT in the EU, GST elsewhere. Rates depend on your country’s laws.

Prepaid & Transparent at Checkout: Diva Thea calculates all applicable duties and taxes at checkout, so you know costs upfront.

Customs Clearance: Customers are responsible for ensuring their order can be legally imported. Diva Thea is not liable for packages delayed, held, or destroyed by customs. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Refused Deliveries: If a shipment is refused (including refusal to pay customs fees), the package may be returned to us. Outbound shipping, return shipping, and customs charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Refundable Fees: Duties, import taxes, and fees are non-refundable through Diva Thea since they are paid to your government. If eligible, you may apply directly to your customs office for reimbursement.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update tracking.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Delivery Responsibility: Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Diva Thea is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. Please be sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Delays: Diva Thea is not liable for carrier delays, customs clearance times, or events outside of our control.
Filing a Claim: If your order is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier directly. Our customer care team is happy to provide documentation to support your claim please use the contact form on our website.

Klarna, Affirm & Other BNPL Orders

If you place an order using Klarna, Affirm, or another Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) service:

  • Shipping and delivery timeframes remain the same as stated above.

  • Your payment plan, terms, and obligations are governed by your financing provider’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are available during checkout.

  • Returns must follow Diva Thea’s Returns & Refund Policy, and any approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method with your BNPL provider, in accordance with their policies.
