Return and Exchange Policy
At A Glance14 Days to Decide – You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Free Return Shipping – Both U.S. and international returns ship back to us for free. International Refunds – For customers outside the U.S., your refund will be the item price minus the original shipping cost to your destination. Duties and taxes are set by your country and are usually non-refundable. Condition of Items – Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging. Final Sale – Clearance items, gift cards, and special promotions marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Refund Timing – Approved refunds are processed in 7–10 business days. Your bank may take an additional 7–30 days to post funds. Exchanges – We do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item for a refund and place a new order. Damaged or Incorrect Items – Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it immediately. |

At Diva Thea, we want every piece you choose to feel like a perfect fit for your journey. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to guide you through a smooth return process. Please read the policy below for full details.

General Return Policy
- 14-Day Window: You have 14 calendar days from delivery to initiate a return.
- Return Authorization: All returns require approval through our Contact Us form. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We cannot accept garments with signs of wear (deodorant marks, makeup stains, pet hair, odors such as perfume or smoke, etc.).
- Final Sale: Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes clearance items, gift cards, and specific promotional purchases (noted at checkout).
Return Process
- Request Approval: Submit your return request via our Contact Us form within 14 days of delivery to receive an RA number.
- Get Instructions: Our team will provide your RA number, prepaid return label, and packaging directions.
- Package Carefully: Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of your return package so we can identify it quickly.
- Ship it Back: Return shipping is free for both U.S. and international customers.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Please note depending on your bank, it may take an additional 7–30 days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Refund Method: Refunds are made to your original payment method or, if you prefer, issued as store credit.
- Rejections: Returns may be rejected if:
o Signs of wear: The item shows signs of being worn, such as deodorant marks, makeup stains, pet hair, strong odors (perfume, smoke), or other signs that indicate it's been worn beyond a quick try-on.
o Incomplete return: All components of the original product, including accessories, belts, or matching pieces, are not returned in their entirety.
o Altered items: The item has been altered or modified in any way from its original condition, including hemming or tailoring.
o Misuse or abuse: The item is returned with intentional damage or in a condition that suggests it was used for a purpose other than its intended use. This is often referred to as "wardrobing" or return fraud.
International Returns (Outside the U.S.)
- Refund Deductions: For international returns, your refund will be the purchase price of the item(s) minus the original outbound shipping cost to your destination.
- Duties & Taxes: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by and paid to your country’s customs office. These are outside of Diva Thea’s control and usually non-refundable. If eligible, you may apply directly to your customs office for reimbursement.
- When Shipping Back to Us: Diva Thea covers return shipping costs back to the U.S. To help minimize potential additional fees by customs, we recommend clearly labeling your package as “Returned Goods.”
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a new size, color, or style:
- Follow the return process for your original item.
- Place a new order for the desired item on our website.
