Returns and Refunds Policy

At Diva Thea, we want every piece you choose to feel like a perfect fit for your journey. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to guide you through a smooth return process with clarity and care.

At a Glance

  • 14 Days to Decide: You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return.

  • Return Shipping:

    • U.S. returns: free of charge.

    • International returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

    • U.K. & E.U. customers: standard returns are free of charge, since duties and taxes are prepaid.

  • International Refunds: Refunds outside the U.S. exclude the original outbound shipping cost, unless duties and taxes were already prepaid (as in the U.K. & E.U.). Duties and taxes are set by your country and are usually non-refundable.

  • Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Final Sale: Clearance items, gift cards, and promotions marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Refund Timing: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 7–30 days to post funds.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Use the contact form on our website within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

General Return Policy

  • Return Authorization: All returns require approval. Please submit a request through the contact form on our website with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  • Condition of Items: Returned items must not show signs of wear (such as deodorant marks, makeup stains, pet hair, or odors like perfume or smoke). Altered, incomplete, or intentionally damaged items will not be accepted.

  • Final Sale: Items marked Final Sale, clearance pieces, gift cards, and specific promotional purchases (as noted at checkout) are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after your return is received and inspected. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 7–30 days for funds to appear.

  • Refund Method:

    • Purchases made with credit card, debit card, PayPal, Klarna, Affirm, or other BNPL services: refunds are always issued back to the original payment method, in accordance with provider terms.

    • Purchases made directly with Diva Thea (non-BNPL): refunds may be issued either to the original payment method or, if you prefer, as store credit.

International Returns

  • Refund Deductions: International refunds are the purchase price minus the original outbound shipping cost (not applicable to U.K. & E.U. orders, where outbound is prepaid).

  • Duties & Taxes: Paid to your country’s customs office and typically non-refundable. If eligible, you may apply directly to your customs office for reimbursement.

  • Return Shipping: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Clearly label your package as “Returned Goods” to help minimize additional customs fees.

Payment Plan Purchases (Klarna, Affirm & Other BNPL Options)

If your order was placed with a financing or installment option:

  • Returns follow the same 14-day policy and item condition requirements.

  • Once your return is approved, your financing provider will be notified and your plan will be updated, adjusted, or canceled in accordance with their terms.

  • Refunds are always sent back to your original payment method with Klarna, Affirm, or other BNPL providers.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must follow our standard return process:

  1. Notify us in writing using the contact form on our website within the 14-day period to request a Return Authorization (RA).

  2. Prepare your item in its original condition with all tags and packaging.

  3. Ship the item back using the return instructions provided.

Refunds for Klarna, Affirm, or other BNPL purchases will always be issued back to the original payment method, in accordance with provider requirements. For standard purchases, refunds may be issued to the original payment method or, if you prefer, as store credit.

  1. Request Approval: Submit a request through the contact form on our website within 14 days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization (RA).

  2. Prepare Your Item: Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Write your RA number on the outside of the return package.

  3. Ship It Back:

    • U.S. returns: We will provide a prepaid label.

    • International returns: You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

    • U.K. & E.U.: Standard returns are free of charge.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please submit details and photos using the contact form on our website within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original order for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.

Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. Every Diva Thea piece is crafted to empower your journey, and while we honor flexibility with returns, we also ask that each goddess garment be cared for in its original state when returned.
