Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or style, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order through our website.

How do I start a return?

To begin a return, please complete our Contact Us form within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and clear instructions.

Is return shipping free?

Yes! Return shipping is free for both U.S. and international customers. For international returns, Diva Thea covers the shipping cost; however, you are still responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the customs office.
To help reduce possible charges, we recommend labeling the package as "Returned Goods.”

What condition must the item be in for a return?

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached and packaging included. Returns will not be accepted if there are signs of wear, such as makeup stains, deodorant marks, odors, or garment alterations.

I live outside United States, what about customs and duties?

For customers outside the U.S., duties, taxes, and import fees (like VAT) are set by your country's customs office. These costs are calculated and collected at checkout, so the price shown in your cart is the guaranteed total—no surprise charges upon delivery.
For returns:

Refunds are issued in your original payment currency, using the same exchange rate as your order.

Since customs duties and taxes are paid to your government, they are usually non-refundable through Diva Thea. If you wish, you may contact your customs office to ask about reimbursement.

How long does it take to process a refund?

After we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within7–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 7–30 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

My return was rejected. Why?

A return may be rejected if the item:

  • Shows signs of wear or use
  • Is missing original tags or packaging
  • Was altered or damaged after delivery
  • Was sent outside of the 14-day return window
    Rejected items will be shipped back to you at your expense.
My tracking says “delivered,” but I never received my package. What should I do?

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Diva Thea is not responsible for loss or theft. If this happens, here are steps you can take right away:

  • Check around your property for hidden or safe delivery spots
  • Ask neighbors, household members, or your building’s reception/concierge
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for delivery details
    If the package cannot be located, you may need to file a claim with the carrier. Diva Thea will gladly provide any documentation needed to support your claim.

How do I change my account password?
